If you would like to submit an abstract to the ICSAE conference, please use the WORD TEMPLATE below. Make sure that you read the below guidance carefully. The template contains very important and very useful information to help you preparing a good abstract so please read through the template carefully. Once you finish submitting your abstract, please make sure that at least one author should register to attend and present the paper. To register click here.
All abstracts must be written in Academic English Language.
Abstracts must be in word or latex format that are provided above.
Please proofread your abstract carefully to avoid errors before submission.
Abstracts should state briefly and clearly the purpose, methods, results and conclusions of the work (it is not satisfactory to state, "the results will be discussed”). The maximum word count is 500 words.
Aims and/or Background: Clearly state the purpose of the abstract.
Methods: Describe your selection of observations or experimental subjects clearly
Results: Present your results in a logical sequence in text, tables and illustrations - IF RESULTS ARE NOT INCLUDED THEN YOUR ABSTRACT MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED
Discussion around results (if applicable)
Conclusion: Clearly state the conclusion of your study where the data should be discussed and the results interpreted, and conclusions given.
Names of all authors must be shown and an abstract must have a presenting author identified.
Notification of the outcome of submissions will be sent to the submitter inputted in the submission process.
Ensure that your abstract reads well and is grammatically correct.
Please ensure that you check your abstract carefully before submitting to ensure it is the final version. Changes will not be permitted once the abstract has been submitted and you have received your confirmation email.
Registration and Presentation
Every abstract MUST be presented by an author at the conference. The author list MUST remain the same as when the abstract was submitted for review, and any changes in the author list or title is forbidden without prior written permission from the TPC Co-Chairs.
At least one author of an accepted abstract is expected to register to attend and present the abstract at the conference, in order for the abstract to appear in the conference proceedings. Abstracts not presented by an author at the conference will not be published in the proceedings. It is the authors’ responsibility to procure the necessary visas etc. in time to attend the conference. Authors will be informed of acceptance well in advance of the conference (and provided with invitation letters, if applicable).

By submitting an abstract, you have agreed to the terms and conditions as set out below:
You grant ICSAE a non–exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, display and store the abstract worldwide in all forms, formats and media now known or as developed in the future, including print, electronic and digital forms. You will retain copyright of your abstract, in addition to the moral rights you are entitled to as author of the abstract.
The author is responsible for the accuracy of the abstract.
All authors presenting at the conference must register to attend.
If the author(s) have any commercial interests or associations that might pose a conflict of interest regarding this submission, they must be declared. If accepted for presentation, the commercial interest or association must be declared on the title slide or the slide immediately following the title slide.
You give us permission to film or photograph your presentation at the conference, which may be used on the ICSAE website. Please state in your submitting email if you do not wish us to film or photograph your presentation.
You confirm that the submission has been approved by all authors.
At least one author will be available to present the abstract if selected for the program.
Abstracts must be submitted before midnight of the abstract submission deadline. Abstracts received after this deadline will NOT be accepted. Faxed or posted abstracts will not be accepted.
All presenters must provide a telephone number when submitting their abstract that they can be reached on in case of any queries.
